CARE AND HANDLING
The optimum temperatures for storing fruit is 31 to 32 F with 80-90% humidity. Apricots will hold from 1 to 3 weeks but avoid bruising which can cause decay. When ready to ripen fruit, keep at 65 to 75 degrees.
